Color-coated line

MET has been focused on providing latest steel production technology and equipment services for global small and medium-sized steel projects. MET has always supplied reliable and professional color-coated line services and insisted on improving the process flow of the whole line. These years has witnessed the huge progress of MET in the field of color coating.

Color-coated production line means that the steel coil after the surface degreasing, phosphating, and passivation treatment, adopts continuous roll coating method on its surface coated with multiple layers of organic paint, so as to compound the formation of a new functional plate complete set of production equipment.

The production line is composed of uncoiling machine, sewing machine (welding machine), storage machine, degreasing cleaning agent, roll coating machine, curing furnace, shearing machine, winding machine and other equipment.

The complete process flow of the color-coated line: Uncoiling → Stitching → Inlet Looping → Pretreatment → Passivation → Primary Coating → Primary Baking → Fine Coating → Fine Baking → Export Looping → Winding → Packaging

The plate after the color coating treatment has excellent decorative, corrosion resistance, processability, strong adhesion to the coating, and can maintain novel color and beautiful appearance for a long time. Using the new processing technology of painting before forming, the coating quality is more uniform, more stable and more ideal, and the corrosion and rust loss of steel in the process of transportation and storage are eliminated.
